HOW IT WORKS

Pick a username and a strong password, and enter the name and date of birth exactly as they appear on your identity document. Matching details now saves you a rejected verification later.

You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account. Registration signs you in straight away — on a phone, Sign Up sits in the quick-action row at the top.

Upload your documents directly on the Verifications page: an identity document, proof of your residential address issued within the last three months, and a live selfie. A passport needs only its photo page; other documents need both sides.

Files are checked by their actual content, encrypted before they are stored, and never placed anywhere public. Once submitted, an application is locked and reviewed by staff — you are notified of the decision, and a rejection tells you what to correct.

Choose a payment method and an amount, then finish the payment on the provider’s secure page. Card and crypto checkout runs through TransVoucher; bank card transfer runs through Noros.

Money lands in your PG Wallet only after the provider sends us a signed confirmation, so a balance can take a moment to move after you pay. Nothing is credited on the strength of a redirect alone.
